I think you established a record for speedy delivery yesterday! I rang at 10.55am to enquire about a new Neff oven, as the one we had had for over 10 years had developed problems on Sunday, and was tripping all the sockets. I spoke to Marius, who gave me the price, and then went to the warehouse to confirm you had it in stock. Following further conversation and payment, he said he could fit it straight away, and by 12.45pm the installation was complete. This was less than 2 hours after my call.

 We were so impressed with this that I wanted to make sure you knew about this outstanding service, for which we are very grateful, as we had thought we would be without the oven for several days.

Wanting a new fridge and tumble dryer and fed up with online retailers providing poor customer service I turned to Whitaker's, an excellent decision as it happens. I went to their store and was given a list of choices, with reviews, which met my requirements to mull over. Being ready to choose, I went to the store again and looked in their showroom at the fridges I had chosen to confirm my choice. Within a week my new integrated fridge was fitted, and I was given care advice and a demonstration on how to use the tumble dryer. The guys who came to my house were fantastic and did everything to my satisfaction, not leaving till they were happy as well, true professionalism.

We bought a range cooker and hood and had the items delivered to Stirlingshire in Scotland. The staff who delivered the items were excellent and very careful moving the 140kg range cooker through the house. They were very knowledgable about the products, gave good advice and had time for us, Even after having driven for 4 hours or so to get to us. The after sales support was excellent too.

Our first 110 Range was purchased 25 years ago and gave us uninterrupted, faithful and trouble free cooking until April 2022, when we bought our new 110 Range. Sadly the new Range was trouble from the start. Richard Whitaker took immediate responsibility for the problems we were experiencing He asked us to write a letter detailing events, consider which stove we would like to replace it and leave every to Whitaker’s. Eventually our troubled stove was collected and replaced. The only charge was the additional cost involved in upgrading to a new Bertazzoni 110 Range. It is only when something goes wrong that begin to appreciate the real measure of a Company. In our experience Whitaker’s are at the top of that league. Everyone that we have dealt with over the past months have been incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable and polite. They work as a seamless team and in our 60/70’s have enough experience to be able to judge. Their price matching works without even having to try it, but above all it is their customer service that has gained two more loyal customers.

Hi Richard,

Just wanted to say many thanks for everything here. The fridge freezer is installed and is exactly what we wanted.

Your delivery team are amazing, they gave me invaluable tips on how to proceed with the installation and left me their number in case I had any questions. I encountered a small issue swapping the direction of the door and they came back round to sort it out for me, absolutely above and beyond. They are a credit to themselves and the company, such nice guys.
